With the sites that we host, we have built-in pageview graphs that work off of the server stats. It depends on where you host your site and if that host provides access to logs.

How Come I Can’t See the Changes to My Website?

Often when a change is made on a website, you cannot see the change because your computer has a saved (“cached”) version of the website or web page. To force your web browser to discard its saved version and grab a fresh copy from the server, you should hold down the shift key on your keyboard while clicking the Refresh/Reload button in your web browser.
