MLS Real Estate Website Design

I bought a condo a few years ago. It was my biggest investment so far (maybe besides starting 2 companies) and I'm glad I did it. When I was getting interested in buying a house, I looked on the web.

That's nothing new, Tone.

I know, but think about it... Internet access is everywhere. Broadband is at homes, at work, at coffee shops / restaurants, libraries, the airport, on some city streets downtown, on my phone - everywhere! Gone are the days of first contacting a realtor and telling them what you want. People do that part themselves now. The world has changed with this world wide network of information available at your fingertips virtually anywhere. That's amazing.

All the big realtors out there have these really nice real estate websites that pull data from the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and have mapping, featured listings and advanced searches. The small realtors didn't stand a chance - until now!

We did work for a client that was a realtor and now are able to produce realtor websites that use the MLS and have some great features and look amazing. See for yourself. They're getting lots of compliments on the site. Their traffic is good and their listings are ranking well on Google. This was a great investment for them and it will pay off many, many times. They're now competing and beating the "big boys" in the area.
