Zoroufy

Zoroufy is a manufacturer of high-quality stair rods, stair holds, wall hangers, window cleats and floor registers. They are an international brand name recognized throughout the United States, Canada and Europe and are based in Madison, Wisconsin.

The previous site need some design improvements and the client wanted their site to match their catalog. They also wanted a way for people to easily create part numbers so that they could order the right part from their local dealer.

Webstix created a web site that matches the design of Zoroufy's print catalog with a beautiful design that's easy to read and prominently shows their products.

The site features a product picker, which uses AJAX (Asynchronous JavaScript And XML) to show new images as people select which kinds rod types or finals they want for their stair rods. Doing this makes the page load more quickly without people needing to refresh the page or without pre-loading hundreds of images.

Once a customer picks a product, they can go directly to a dealer locator (which we developed in-house) to find their closest dealer. We made this using Google Maps technology so that people can easily see where the Zoroufy dealer is located.

This site, like many we build now is based on the Webstix CMS so it is easy to update. In a few years, the site's overall look can be changed just by using a new template.
