With our CMS, it's actually pretty easy to make a jobs / career center on your website. You can easily list jobs as new "articles" which is useful because if you have the same position that opens and closes from time to time, all you do is publish and unpublish that article / job posting. This saves your HR department lots of time. Here are a few clients that are taking advantage of this great feature:

You can even have a RSS feed for each category or for all categories and end up getting your content easily syndicated by other sites (if you want). Here's an example of that:
