Products > Interactive Forms
You've seen forms on web sites that ask for information. They're everywhere. These are great for getting information from your site visitors.
Uses Of Interactive Forms:
- Request brochures, catalogs, and product information
- Ask for help or support
- Ask for sales assistance
- Enter a drawing or giveaway
- Fill out an online application
- Register for an event (see: Smart Applications)
This information can then be sent to someone in your organization's email address or collected at the web server in a database. (We will ALWAYS have sensitive information like credit cards be kept in the server's database and not emailed since email is not secure. Also, the connection to this data is ALWAYS encrypted for security reasons).
Every web site should have a way for a visitor to ask for information, so we build a form like this into practically every site we build.
Features and Information:
- The HTML form can have an unlimited amount of fields
- Some (or all) fields can be set to be required
- Contents can be emailed or kept on a database
- Database can be downloaded in CSV format (for use in MS Access or Excel)
- A customized auto-reply email can be sent to the site user
- Site user is sent to a "Thank You" page on your site
