Associated Students of Madison
The Associated Students of Madison is a student government group at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. They are composed of elected or appointed students, student employees, professional staff members and student appointees on committees that hold legal rights to recommend university policies, budgets, and candidates for UW employment.
Webstix has helped this student group with a few websites now. We’ve been able to work with them to create a website to help facilitate their communication with the college student body.
The website has many useful features and we were able to develop it according to the University of Wisconsin’s standards.
Government, Student and Municipality Websites
Building a website for a city or government group can mean jumping through some hoops and dealing with committees. Webstix has experience working with governments, cities, villages and towns getting their website approved and built. We have many tools that can help a municipality save money by use of their website.
For example, fees, bills, dues and donations can be handled by the website (collect online payments). The website can also handle event calendars and online registration. The website can also be used to release breaking news and communicate with their members or community.
If you have a city website that needs to be built or if you are a student government group, contact Webstix to find out how we can help you build a new website that not only looks great but can help serve your community and save you money in other areas. Our team is ready to help you!
