Whaleback Paddleboards is an industry leader in providing high quality and high performance stand up paddleboards online. They are located in Boynton Beach, FL and do their manufacturing in the USA.
Webstix created a brand-new website for them, complete with beautiful design and an online store for selling stand up paddleboards online. On product detail pages, we were able to add in a place to show the specifications for each board.
They can, of course, add new products to the website or edit / delete products or pages on the website.
The website shows news/events and has a blog. The blog is a great way to continually add new content to the website, which can be shared on social media, driving more traffic to the website.
Since their products are larger, we worked with FreightQuote.com to integrate freight shipping into their website. Customers are able to get real-time freight quotes on their order so there are no surprises with shipping. This feature also streamlines the order process for Whaleback.
And the website works great on mobile devices and tablets – virtually any sized screen – because it uses responsive website design. Since most traffic today is mobile, your e-commerce website needs to work well on those devices.
