Which Types of Files do you Accept?

When working on projects, we only accept documents in electronic format. This saves time and mistakes. If we need to type a document, then we need to charge our normal, hourly rate for that time to type it and proof it.

We accept most file formats. Here are the file formats for images and text that we prefer:

• Text/Copy: Word documents, PDF files, RTF files, plain text files. Powerpoint files are OK.
• Images: JPG, EPS, PNG, GIF, TIF and PDF. BMP files are OK.
• Logos: EPS is definitely preferred (easier to resize). TIF and GIF files are OK. Logos in JPG format are not preferred.

We do not accept Publisher documents. Please save them as Word documents or PDF files instead.
