As we work on a website project, some changes can happen. This is actually pretty typical. As the pieces come together, new ideas come up - either from us or from our clients. Maybe as the wire frames or design is worked on, a good idea comes us. That's great. We love it when good ideas come up that can make a website project better. We encourage that.
When this situation comes up, we may need to adjust our quote since the original Service Agreement did not cover this item. Sometimes changes cost little to no time and no changes are needed since we can still get things done in the same amount of time. Other times, more work is required, so we'll stop and send you a revised quote and ask you to approve a change before we work on it.
This approval can be done over email or Basecamp in most cases, so it's easy. Typically, any additional charges are added on to the final payment but if something is large enough, we might adjust that. The payment terms should be included in what change we're asking you to approve. If not, please let us know.
Again, our aim is to make your project be the best it can be!
