We're in the middle of a server migration. It'll be done in a few days. So far, it's going well. We're testing websites as we move them over and we haven't had any major issues.
Our clients should not notice any downtime. Migration work happens during the night and we're able to move over IP addresses.
The new server (web5) seems to be quite a bit faster. We're impressed with it so far.

If you're having trouble with email, then please call or have your administrator change your password. Passwords that were too easy were reset.
Also, you can try using web5.webstix.com instead of web3.webstix.com - the same with the hosting control panel (Plesk).
Another thing that might help is using your complete email address as your username.
